Is there any difference between booking through Klook vs booking directly with Cahaya Bali Trip?
Yes, there are several important differences when you book directly with us:
- Easy communication & flexible planning. You can discuss anything with us anytime: extra activities, additional stops, or changes depending on your energy level. You can request things before, during, or after the trip.
- Private trip only. All our tours are 100% private, not shared with other travelers.
- Holiday-long driver & airport service. We also provide pick-up and drop-off services, plus one private car + driver for your entire holiday in Bali. This makes it easier if you check out early and need a place to keep your luggage: you can leave everything safely in the car.
What services do you provide and how much are the charges?
1) Custom Tour: Car & Driver Service. Includes mineral water, an air-conditioned car, parking and patrol. Priced per car: 6 hours from 450K, 10 hours from 700K, 12 hours from 900K, depending on the area and how often you use the service.
2) Full-Day Tours (All Areas in Bali). We operate tours to famous and hidden-gem destinations: Ubud Tour, Sunrise Kintamani Jeep / Trekking, Uluwatu Tour, Nusa Penida, Dolphin Tour, Lemukih Village Natural Waterslide, Menjangan Snorkeling, Ijen Blue Fire, Tianyar Savana and the West UNESCO Tour. Prices start from 600K per day, excluding entrance tickets (there is also an option that includes tickets). Ready-made tours are priced per person, lower for bigger groups.
Can you help with activity tickets?
Yes. We help you get activity tickets at local Balinese member prices, including ATV, rafting, Bali Zoo, water sports, Kecak dance, fast boat to Gili / Nusa Penida, and more.
Bonus: free DJI camera rental for customers who book with us.
Is the price per person or per car?
Our ready-made day tours (Ubud, Mount Batur, Gate of Heaven, Nusa Penida) are priced per person, and the price per person drops as your group gets bigger. A custom car + driver is priced per car, whatever the number of passengers.
What’s included, and what do I pay separately?
Ready-made tours include the private car, driver-guide, entrance tickets and drinking water; lunch is included on some tours (see each tour page). A custom car + driver includes the air-conditioned car, petrol, parking and mineral water. Entrance tickets, meals and tips are paid separately, and we can book tickets for you at local member prices.
Where do you pick up?
Our listed prices include pick-up anywhere in Denpasar, Badung and Ubud. We can pick up anywhere else in Bali too, with an extra charge for longer distances. Airport pick-up and drop-off are available.
What should I bring, and is there a dress code for temples?
Bring sunscreen, sunglasses and comfortable shoes or sandals. You don’t need special clothes for temples: sarongs are provided there.
